Systemic Family and Couple Therapy
Systemic Family and Couples Therapy is a culturally-sensitive and inclusive form of psychotherapy that focuses on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships within families and couples. This approach emphasizes the importance of understanding the dynamics and patterns of behavior that exist within relationships while appreciating the unique cultural, racial, and ethnic backgrounds of each individual. By acknowledging and respecting diversity, therapists can better tailor their interventions to suit the needs of clients from various backgrounds, ultimately fostering greater understanding and empathy within the family or couple dynamic. Through collaboration and skill-building, Family and Couples Therapy empowers individuals to enhance the quality of their relationships and promote lasting positive change.

More infoReflecting team therapy
Multiple therapists are part of the session: one leading therapist and a reflecting team (typically a team of 2 or more qualified practitioners). While listening quietly to the conversation, when called upon by the therapist and family, the reflectors offer their thoughts through a discussion among themselves.
More infoRetrospective reflecting practice
This is a similar practice to Reflecting team therapy. The difference is that the reflecting team is not present in the session and can only see the session recording afterwards. You can access the reflecting team conversations within two days of the session. The benefit of this intervention is that the team will have time to discuss the session at length before offering their reflections.
